In a sufuria add the potatoes, spinach(i didn't get Kahurura), salt and water. Leave to boil and once ready drain away the water and add the boiled peas. Put aside.

In the same sufuria, slightly run some clean water on it to wash away any left overs and once done, on medium heat add the oil, onion and cook until golden brown.

Once ready, turn off the heat and add your earlier boiled ingredients and on a flat surface, mash together until soft.

Once done, serve as per your liking. I served mine with beef stew and cabbage with sliced pieces of avocado on the side.
