brown caribou burger or cubes in a little oil in a skillet

drain any grease

add onions, mushrooms, garlic, salt & pepper and cook for 15 to 30 minutes on medium heat until the ingredients are cooked in to the meat.

in a 2 quart sauce pan, mix stewed tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste, oregano, bay leaves, and the meat mixture.

mix thoroughly and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low heat.

boil noodles until done

rinse cooked noodles thoroughly with hot water.

mix meat mixture with noodles and stir.

enjoy your Bou Gou with some good garlic toast!
