Ingredients

  1. 600 gflank steak
  2. Lettuce
  3. Radishes, finely chopped
  4. Carrots, finely chopped
  5. Crushed up peanuts
  6. 1 jarPeanut satay,
  7. 2 tbspRice wine vinegar
  8. 4 tbspPeanut oil,

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt and pepper steak and saute until medium rare

  2. 2

    Combine salad ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    Combine one jar of satay with rice wine vinegar and peanut oil and mix

  4. 4

    Combine all ingredients to make a salad
