Ingredients

  • 1 lbbutter
  • 3 cupflour
  • 1 1/2 cupcrushed Pringles or potato chips
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    With an electric mixer, cream the butter till it's fluffy and creamy. Add the sugar, beat well. Gradually add the flour and vanilla. Add chips. Stir by hand till incorporated. Use a teaspoon to drop cookie dough on greased cooking sheet. Bake 350° Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes, or till golden brown on edges. Serve I hope you enjoy!
