Pasta's Cucumber Salad
Perfect light and refreshing salad for when it warms up outside.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel cucumbers.
- 2
Slice cucumbers thin into a bowl.
- 3
Dice tomato and chop green onion.
- 4
Mix veggies all together with dash of salt and pepper to your taste.
- 5
Mix salad vinegar and vegetable oil in a 1 vinegar to 2 oil ratio. Always add vinegar first. (I use a serving spoon to measure out)

Stir together and then refrigerate for about an hour prior to serving.

Cucumber Salad Cucumber Salad
The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
