Cooking Instructions

This recipe uses the same first steps as my previous Peach Puff recipe. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and line a baking tray with foil or baking paper

Roll the pastry into a large square, then cut the square into 4 equal squares
- 3
Lay a piece of ham or uncooked bacon on the diagonal on each pastry square
- 4
Fold the opposite edges over to encase the bacon
- 5
Place a piece of cheese over the overlap
- 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed
- 7
Enjoy hot or cold!
