Ingredients

  1. 4 slicebacon or ham, fat removed
  2. 4 slicecheese, I love the Violife free-from brand
  3. 400 gramspuff pastry (my profile has a free-from recipe)

Cooking Instructions

    This recipe uses the same first steps as my previous Peach Puff recipe. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and line a baking tray with foil or baking paper

    Roll the pastry into a large square, then cut the square into 4 equal squares

  3. 3

    Lay a piece of ham or uncooked bacon on the diagonal on each pastry square

  4. 4

    Fold the opposite edges over to encase the bacon

  5. 5

    Place a piece of cheese over the overlap

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed

  7. 7

    Enjoy hot or cold!
