Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 1 packageschicken thighs
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 4carrots peeled and cut however you choose to eat them
  • 1bottle of Krafts Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1Pan
  • 1Foil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350º

  2. 2

    Spread the onions on the bottom of the glass pan

  3. 3

    Hit the onions with some salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Line the chicken in the pan skin side up so it all fits evenly

  5. 5

    Sprinkle pepper on the skin of the chicken so it has a better taste when its done

  6. 6

    Toss the rest of the vegetables in

  7. 7

    Pour the Italian dressing over everything evenly

  8. 8

    Cover with foil for 45min if chicken is defrosted.

  9. 9

    Take foil off and brown the skin by putting the oven setting on broil for a few minutes.

  10. 10

    Put over rice and serve
