Ingredients

  1. 10 ozheavy cream
  2. 4 ozsugar
  3. 2 1/4 tspgelatin
  4. 10 ozmilk
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    heat the cream and sugar untill sugar dissolves

  2. 2

    soften gelatin in the milk

  3. 3

    add the milk to the cream and heat and stir till the gelatin dissolves

  4. 4

    stir in vanilla

  5. 5

    makes 6-4ounce panna cotta

This was so good my friends all said it tasted like it came from a fancy restaurant and they couldn't believe that I made it...The only thing is that I did different was I didn't know what I could substitute the liquer with so I just added fresh honey on top and it was sooooo good and the second time I made it I made a rasberry puree and placed the panna cotta on top of it...Thank u for this easy and wonderful dessert....:)
