Wash strawberries and remove leaves . cut out the middle of the strawberry with a knife . whip the cream till firm .

Place half teaspoon of chocolate or caramel sauce into the whole in the top of the strawberry .

Pipe a little whipped cream on top of the chocolate or caramel sauce .

sprinkle a little flake chocolate over the cream on the strawberry .

dip the bottom ends of the strawberry into the caramel or chocolate sauce to coat strawberry ends . eat and enjoy . :-)

I also did a couple of the strawberries using the little left over juice i had from the puddings to fill the centres of the strawberries replacing the chocolate or caramel sauce .
