  • 2bay leaves
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Pinchbeef spices or allspice
  • Pinchcinnamon
  • Hot green pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    First, sear the beef cubes in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Then add the onions, all the spices, bay leaves, and hot green pepper. Stir everything together very well.

  2. 2

    Next, add boiling water to cover the beef. Cover the pot and let the beef cook, adding more water as needed until the meat is fully cooked and tender.

  3. 3

    Once the beef is cooked, place a piece of hot charcoal in the pot to give it a smoky flavor. Serve with rice with vermicelli, green salad, and fried potatoes. You can also make sandwiches with tahini sauce. Enjoy!
