Brown ground beef & minced fresh onion until ground beef is done. mix taco seasoning and follow directions on package. add 1/2 cup of chunky salsa.... mix well

spray lightly a cookie sheet. lay corn chip scoops on cookie sheet and put taco mixture in corn chip scoops ... approximately 1TBSP per scoop.. after they are filled sprinkle with cheese.

put in oven at 350° until cheese is melted..
