  1. 3 tbspgula melaka (palm sugar)
  2. 20 gramsagar agar
  3. mungbean soup
  4. 1 cup(mungbean)
  5. 1 literwater
  6. TOPPING OPTION
  7. 1 tsphoney

    COOK MUNGBEAN SOUP FIRST

    cooked mungbean with water in preasure cooker on high for 25 to 30 minute then set aside

  3. 3

    TO MAKE MUNGBEAN JELLY

  4. 4

    in a pot add 20 grams dry agar agar onto cooked 1 liter of mungbean soup and simmer till agar agar dissolved

  5. 5

    let it cool then pour onto ice tray and refrigerate till set

  6. 6

    serve as it is or extra topping with honey

add ginger, pandan leaf, n cinnamon stick for ekstra taste. subtituted 1sbs palm sugar with regular sugar also add a lik pinch of salt for enhance th sweetness. great! :chef ~(o.o)~ :ohyeaah sometimes i add coconut milk for creamy taste.. :hungry
