  2. 1 cupred onion
  3. 1 cupcelery
  4. 1 cupmayo
  5. 1 cupranch
  6. 1/4 cupmustard
  7. 1 tbspcelery salt
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1 tbsppepper
  10. 8hard boiled eggs diced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cut potatoes into small pieces then boil till tender

  2. 2

    cool potatoes

  3. 3

    mix all ingredients with hands smashing some of the potatoes for texture
