Ingredients

1/4 cuponion, sliced
1/4 cuptomatoes, chopped
10pcs.camias
6 cuprice water
1/2 kgfresh shrimp, medium sized
1 tspsalt
2 cupkangkong leaves and tender stalks (swamp cabbage)

Saute onions and tomatoes. Add the camias and cook until tender and mushy.

Add the rice water. Let boil

When boiling, drop the shrimps.Season with salt.

Add kangkong and cook 2 minutes. Serves 4.
