put dry batter in bowl and add in water to get consistentsy you wish add in chocolate chips and mix well

put pan on stove and spray with cooking spray keep on medium ,when pan is ready put in pancakes and flip when you see bubbles in the pancakes and press down lightly ,when done take out of pan and continue until all pancakes are done and add on your favorite toppings ,enjoy
