heat grease in a skillet, heat to 320 °..make sure grace is about one and a half inch deep.

in a ziplock bag, put flour, salt, pepper, baking powder,paprika ,cornstarch and garlic powder, shack bag mixing well.

in a med, size bowl egg and milk, blend together well.

now take one pork steak, put in flour mixture, coat well, dip it in egg mixture, flour again.

carefully put pork steak in hot grease.let fry untill golden brown.repeat each pork steak
