Chestnut and Milk Tea Bread Rolls Chestnut and Milk Tea Bread Rolls
When I was going to make some tea-scented bread, I remembered that I had a lot of chestnuts simmered in their skins in syrup that I'd made before, so I added them into the bread. It smelled so nice! And the sweetness was just right! The bread was delicious! The dough is on the soft side, so if it doesn't come together after kneading it for a while, add a little bread flour, or else reduce the amount of milk tea you add. When putting the rolls on the baking sheet, leave as much space between them as possible since they will increase in volume. You can add tea leaves to the dough too. Beautiful Aroma Milk Tea Bread Rolls Beautiful Aroma Milk Tea Bread Rolls
I made this for my friend who loves black tea. It's a sweet bread that's great for both snack and breakfast.Adding condensed milk in Step 1 reduces the hot milk temperature. Please follow this step and do not add condensed mild straight to the bowl.Although it will be a sticky dough at first, it will become an easy dough to work with after 5 minutes. So be patient.I used Earl Grey tea this time which has a beautiful aroma, but you can use your own favourite flavour. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Milk Tea Flavored Steamed Bread Fluffy Milk Tea Flavored Steamed Bread
I wanted to give steamed bread a Western spin. When steaming, cover the lid with a towel. You can store these at room temperature wrapped in plastic wrap, but it's fine to chill them in the fridge (the texture will slightly change). Unlike other steamed bread recipes, this has slightly more oil and milk. This is mainly to balance the bitterness of the black tea. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -
Matcha Green Tea Milk French Bread with White Chocolate Matcha Green Tea Milk French Bread with White Chocolate
I love the combination of green tea and white chocolate & I love bread with crispy, hard crusts.Combining both of those flavors produces a slightly bitter + very sweet elegant French bread. The dough is so easy to work with that you don't even need to add extra water!!!You can chop up a white chocolate bar to use as well.If you use the milk right out of te fridge it will be too cold, so let it warm a little bit and the fermentation processes will go smoothly. To learn more details about the baking process, refer to. Bejeweled Banana Bread with Natural Tea Leaven and Dried Fruits Bejeweled Banana Bread with Natural Tea Leaven and Dried Fruits
I usually make banana bread with baking powder, but this time I wanted to try making it with a bread starter. I did it! This is such a moist banana bread. For the bread starter I use a 1:1 ratio of starter liquid to flour, fed 3 times over 3 days.I switched up Step 1 and Step 2. If you bring the starter and milk to room temperature together, it will be easier to mix. For loaf pan: 21 x 8 cm [8 1/4 x 3 1/4 in]. Recipe by ducksoup cookpad.japan -

Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls
I wanted to make use of my knowledge of yakuzen herbal cuisine and to bake a bread that was good for the liver because it can easily lose its balance in spring. The ingredients in the bread are said to nourish not only the liver but also the spleen.-Grind the jasmine tea leaves in a mill. If you don't have a mill, use a mortar and pestle.-It might be easier to know when the proofing is complete if you let the dough rise in a plastic container with scale markings.-Adjust the oven temperature depending on your oven. For 4 buns. Recipe by Kenisan no ouchi yakuzen cookpad.japan
