Steps

Get 2 Avocados -check if the skin is getting soft by pressing - if a dimple is formed around your finger -then it is ready to eat !!

Cut the skin around the middle and remove the seed inside

Remove all the pulp - including the greenish part sticking onto the skin inside - taste to check ripeness and consistency

Scoop out pulp into a bowl with a tablespoon

Throw away seed and skin

Cut/mash Avocado pulp with fork & sprinkle and bit of lime a pinch of salt (PREVENTS AVOCADO PULP FROM TURNING BROWN)

Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge - till ready to serve

WHEN READY TO SERVE Add cut tomatoes, onions & chillis - and a little more salt (and pepper) to taste

Serve with Nachos Hot chips - or by itself
