Apple Pancakes with Apple Cider Syrup

I used to make these every year on our annual labor day caming trip. I triple the amount for a group of 10-12 people and could still make more.

1PANCAKES
2 cupbisquick( or any pancake mix)
1/2 tspcinnamon
1 largeegg
1 1/3 cupmilk
3/4 cupgrated granny smith apples
1APPLE CIDER SYRUP
1 cupsugar
2 tbspcornstarch with equal parts water
1/2 tsppumpkin spice
2 cupapple cider
2 tbsplemon juice
1/4 cupbutter

for panckes mix all ingredient together in a large bowl

for syrup mix first 4 ingredients together in sauce pan on low heat.

then add cider and lemon juice and bring to a boil, then add the 1/4 of butter

let it all blend well

serve the pancakes and syrup with a dollop of sour cream
