  • FILLINGS OPTION
  • 1dice carrot
  • 2 stickdice celery
  • 1dice onion
  • 1 tbspshao xing wine
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce or fish sauce optional
  • 1 cupleftover cooked chicken shred

Steps

  1. 1

    dice all vegetable and shred chicken

    put half tbsp of filling on dumpling then apply water at the edge and seal it

    in pan with oil fry it for 1 to 2 minute each side till lightly brown and crispy

    drain and serve
