for preparing the sauce: cut the onion in small cubes and crush the garlic, add them to a saucepan with the olive oil, cook until softened.

cut the tomatoe and green pepper in small cubes, add to the saucepan with salt pepper and paprika and oregano. cook for 20 to 25 minutes. once finish cooking, wait them to cool then blend and put in a sauce bowl.

for the potatoe: wash potatoe with cool water, then use a fork and sting the potatoes many times.

preheat the oven on 250°F celcius, place the potatoes in pan and place them in the oven for 50 mins

once finished, cut each potatoe in 2 portions, and wait for 5 mins.

in a bowl evacuate each potatoe with a teaspoon, try to keep the potatoe skin on shape.

in the same bowl, place the sour cream, the onion powder soup, green onions, cheddar cheese, pepper and salt. mix all together to get a nice combination

fill each portion of empty potatoe with the combination and add extra cheddar cheese on the top.

return the potatoe to the oven for 3 mns.

serve the potatoe with the sauce, bon appetit
