Firstly peel off the sweet potatoes.

Now wash it.

Cut into long slices.

In a pan add oil on high flame.

Now oil is prepared for frying add sweet potato one by one.

Fry all sweet potatoes.

Now sweet potato fries turns into golden brown colour and crispy.

Remove from the pan and sprinkle the chat masala.
