Ingredients

  1. 50 gCarrot
  2. 50 gbutter
  3. 100 gonion
  4. 80 gFlour full ripe
  5. 20 gBacon trimming
  6. 1 litrestock
  7. 1Bouquet garni
  8. salt, pepper
  9. 1 gCroutons (sliced state bread)

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter

  2. 2

    Add Bacon, onions, and carrots and brown lightly

  3. 3

    Add the stock

  4. 4

    Stir to boil

  5. 5

    Remove the eyes from tomatoes, wash them well and squeeze them in the soup

  6. 6

    Make sure the tomato colour is obtain

  7. 7

    Add the Bouquet garni and season light

  8. 8

    Simmer for the approximately an Hour. skim well

  9. 9

    Remove the bouquet parni

  10. 10

    Sieve then pass through a conical strainer

  11. 11

    Return to a clean pan, correct the seasoning

  12. 12

    Serve with fried or toasted croutons separately...
