1 poundchickpeas (about 450 grams)
1/2 cupolive oil (120 ml)
Salt to taste

Soak the chickpeas overnight.

Cook the chickpeas until tender.

Blend the chickpeas in a blender with some of the cooking liquid and olive oil.
