My friend's suprised me today. This was the only this that i thought to prepare. It has been in my mothers tradition that if guests visits you, you have to prepare for them meat and that is just what i didi.

My friend's suprised me today. This was the only this that i thought to prepare. It has been in my mothers tradition that if guests visits you, you have to prepare for them meat and that is just what i didi.

Boik beef in a jiko for approximately 25 minutes

Put oil in the sufuria containing beef

Add onions when the water has dried up.

Cook untill beef starts to brown in colour.

Add capsicum and cilantro. Mix well for about 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and stir until soft, here you can add salt.

Mix royco with 1/2 cup of wayer. Add to the boiled beef.

Allow to boil for a seven minutes. Then serve with greens and ugali.
