  3. 2 spoonvanilla custard
  4. 2 spoonvanilla essence
  5. 1/4 bowlvegitable oil
  6. 1/2 katori dahi
  7. as requiredMilk
  8. 1 1/4 as requiredpowder sugar
  9. 1/2 katori tutti frutti
  10. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1 spoonlemon juice
  12. 1/2 spoonbaking powder
  13. 1/4 spoonbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle suji ko chhan le

  2. 2

    Fir isme maida baking powder,sugar pisi hui,baking soda,or custard Powder ko chan kar dale.

  3. 3

    Isme oil dahi,vanilla essence, namak,nimbu ka ras milae.

  4. 4

    Or jarurat ke anusar milk dal kar achhe se milae..

  5. 5

    Is better ko km se km 10 min tak beat karein..

  6. 6

    Agar Thorda yellowish colour chaiye to Thora sa yellow food color milae.

  7. 7

    Last me tutti frutti add karein or milae.

  8. 8

    Batter ki consistency ek dum patli nahi honi chaiye.

  9. 9

    Idli ke batter ke type honi chaiye.

  10. 10

    Ab ek baking dish le..Steel,aluminium koi bhi bartan chalega.

  11. 11

    Use greese kar ke usme maida dust karein.

  12. 12

    Usme cake mixture ko dale.

  13. 13

    Do bar tap karein.

  14. 14

    Or 180°c par preheated oven me 30-35 min bake karein.

  15. 15

    Tooth pick ya knife Dal kar dekhe agar batter uske chipka aata hai to thori der or bake karein..

  16. 16

    Thanda hone par pieces cut karein or serve karein.
