Cooking Instructions

beat egg and sugar for 5 minute till thick and light
- 2
fold in fkour and baking powder then vanilla
- 3
pour batter thinly on square tin with parchment paper
- 4
bake at 200 C for 12 to 15 minute till lightly golden and spongy
- 5
put 1 tbsp of caster sugar on anotger pachment paper
- 6
turn the ready sponge on sugar pachment paper and roll up and let it cooled
- 7
layer yogurt and fruits on sponge then roll up and slice
