It is always challenging to prepare something healthy especially during early busy mornings when it comes to pack for lunch boxes. but here is simple, tasty and full of rich nutrients paratha recipe, which is purely prepared from Suji/rava & green palak or spinach.
Steps

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Combine all & knead dough using required water. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Make equal portions of dough. Flatten it with roller pin dusting wheat flour.

Place it on pre heated Tawa. Drizzle ghee/oil. Cook it on both sides on medium flame. Cook it until crispy on both sides.

Serve hot with curd.
