  5. 2 tbspGarlic, minced
  6. 1 tbspParsley, finely chopped (optional)
  7. 2 tbspLemon Juice
  8. 1 dashLime juice
  9. 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  10. 1/2 tspCelery Salt
  11. 1 1/2 tspPaprika
  12. 2 tspHot Sauce (Texas Pete or Tobasco)
  13. 1Black Pepper, to taste
  14. 1Tony Cachery's, to taste

    Whisk all ingredients together, chill for at least 10 min. Serve on Crab cakes or any fish or chicken dish.
