Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 1 tbspprepared mustard
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 canwhole kernel sweet corn
  • 1 smalljar diced pimentos
  • 2carrots peeled
  • 1/2 cupdiced onions
  • 1/4 cupmayo
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar,salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add remaining stuff and toss to cover everything evenly.

  3. 3

    Cover and refrigerate at least an hour.
