Heat oil to about 250

take wonton wrappers and drop a small spoon of pie filling to middle of wonton. Wet all sides of wonton w finger bowl w water. Just a bit around sides. To seal.

Drop in fryer till golden brown. Pull out and place on paper towel to drain oil. Sprinkle w cinnamon sugar. Eat Up.

Also whipped cream can be a dipper.
