Cooking Instructions

Put the ingredients in a pot and simmer while stirring until reduced by half, being careful not to burn it. It may be a bit runny, but it will thicken as it cools.

[Microwave Method] Since it can easily boil over, use a large microwave-safe bowl to mix the ingredients. Heat at 600W for 10 minutes.

Take it out, stir, and heat for another 5-6 minutes. It's done when reduced by half. It may be a bit runny, but it will thicken as it cools.

If it's not reduced enough, add more heating time. If the soy milk smell bothers you, add vanilla extract at the end. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days.

[Sweetened Condensed Milk Butter] Mix equal parts of room temperature salted butter to make a creamy sweetened condensed milk butter. This will last about a month.
