My grandma and her best friend used to go to this super expensive French resteraunt and she loved the sweet potatoes and asked the chef for the recipe I have no idea how she got him to give him his secrets but this has been a family favorite for years!! Everyone loves them!!

6Sweet potatoes pealed
2 cupBrown sugar(if not sweet enough add more)
1 1/2Salted butter
1/2 cupchopped pecans

Boil and peel sweet potatoes set oven at 300

Mash sweet potatoes and add brown sugar and butter (this depends on how sweet and how buttery you want your sweet potatoes I usually add about 1 cup of brown sugar)

Mix together put in baking pan add brown sugar and pecans on top let bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on your oven enjoy!!
