Ingredients

  1. 1large bunch cilantro top, about 3 cups
  2. 1 cupmint leaves, loosely packed
  3. 1 tbsphoney, I prefer raw honey
  4. 6 clovegarlic
  5. 1large Serrano pepper, stemmed.. but with seeds.. add more if you dare
  6. 1/2 cupfresh lime juice
  7. 1 tspground cumin
  8. 1 tspground ginger
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1olive oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients in a blender, drizzle enough oil while push8ng herbs to the blades until a pesto like consistency

  2. 2

    Great to serve with naan, meats, fish. accompanied well with some Greek yogurt
