3 largechicken breasts
1jar of alfredo sauce
1can of rotel
1can diced green chilies
1can of sliced mushrooms
1bag of pasta
2 tbspCajun spice blend
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 canlowfat cream of chicken soup
1/2small box of Velveeta

Poach the chicken and let cool

Boil pasta about 10 minutes and drain
3

Combine everything, shredding chicken into bite size pieces
4

Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes
