EBONY'S SOUTHERN BELL NECKBONES AND POTATOES

Ingredients

  1. 3 lbbeef neckbones
  2. 1large green bell pepper
  3. 1large white onion
  4. 1pound Idaho medium sized potatoes (square medium shape or as desired)
  5. 1garlic powder, seasoning salt, (add seasoning to your own satisfying taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Clean

    Place in large stew pot with water leveled just above neckbones add

    Chop

  4. 4

    After neckbones have cooked for 11/2 hours add the chopped

  5. 5

    Let the meal boil on medium heat until veggies become tender. Remove from heat, and serve in nice size bowls sprinkle a little (or alot of paprika) and enjoy BEST SERVED WITH LOUISIANA HOT SAUCE!!!

The directions are barely understandable. I'm trying it right now to see if the information that I did gather was righ or not. But over half of the directions are missing.
