Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 8 eachears of corn
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1onion
  4. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  5. 1 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes until soft.

  2. 2

    Add corn and 3/4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cover 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add cream and sugar, simmer 4-6 minutes add salt and pepper to taste.
