Roast Dalia without oil in wok till it turns in light brown.

Soak Dalia in water for 2 hours (optional) if you are making in pressure cooker then no need to soak.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds. When it pops add Chana Dal saute it till brown. Add curry leaves, onion & all veggies. Saute all for 1 minute.

Now add soaked Dalia. Mix well. Add all spices. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add 4 cup water. Mix properly. Cover the lid. Cook it on slow to medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Check if it cooked or not. Otherwise cook more for a few minutes. Now turn off gas.

Squize lemon juice and serve hot by garnishing coriander leaves.
