Ingredients

  • 250 gmsabut masur dal
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 inchginger
  • 7-8pees garlic
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2tezpatta
  • 1/2 spoonhaldi powder
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoondhniya powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • 3 spoonoil
  • 50 gmpaneer
  • 1 pinchhing
  • Few chopped coriander leaves

    Dal ko saaf kar ke rat me bhiga de ya gungune pani me 1 hour pehle bhiga de

  2. 2

    Dal ache se bhigkr ful jaye to use dhokr pressure cooker me 1/2 letter pani ya apni choice se aapko jitna pani chahiye dal kar dal me haldi salt dal kar pressure cooker me 3 siti lagale

  3. 3

    Ab gas on karein pan ya kdayi chdaye fir oil dale.

  4. 4

    Oil gram hone par jeera dale colour Cheng hone lage tab tezpatta dale or 1/2 minutes saute karein fir hing dale uske baad grated ginger garlic dale or bhune

  5. 5

    Ab chopped onion dal kar thodi der saute kar le fir chopped tomato dale and red chilli powder gram masala dhniya powder dale or gas low kar de 1 minute Ke liye.

    Sabhi masale bhun jaye tab boil dal add karein or 5-7 minute tak pakaye

  7. 7

    Gas band karein chopped coriander leaves dale and service dish me nikale upar se paneer cubes se garnish kar serve karein.
