Pumpkin, potato carrot, paneer ko grate kar le, aur aaloo, pumkinko haath se daba kar nichor le jo bhi paani hai wo nikal jaye.

Ab haldi, chilli powder, dhaniya powder daale aur chalaye phir tomato paste daale aur garam masala daale salt mix karein, 1-1/2 cup water daal kar thodi der pakaye.

Thodi der dhak kar paka le jisse ki sabhi masale mil jaye aur pak jaye.

Ab pumpkin kofte daale aur gas band kar de.

Chopped Coriander se aur cream se garnish karein.

Tip...aapko jitna thick ya patla chaiye waise hi water mix kariye aur kofte nahi ban rahe to maida ya besan aur add kar sakte hai.

Kofte ko naan, roti, pullav ke saath serve karein.
