  • Rub
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tbspGarlic
  • 1/2 tbspground black pepper
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • Other Ingredients
  • 2 canCoca-cola

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-Oven to 300°F.

  2. 2

    Rub butter all over the loin; including the ends. Rub in the Rub all over, until it is completely covered. It is ok to have clumps!

  3. 3

    Coat the loin with a small portion of the coca-cola and place in the oven. Every 30-45 minutes, baste the meat with the juices from the meat and add more of the soda.

  4. 4

    Meat will be white and juicy in the middle!
