  • 1 tspNutmeg

    Okay Its about to get easy! !

  2. 2

    Open container on yogurt. .. Se how the is a little bit of space at the top of the tub ?? ADD the honey till it reaches the rim of the container. Sprinkle the nutmeg on top.

  3. 3

    Now then pour the contents into a bowl big enough to hold your ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour back into the container and save for use.

  4. 4

    Can pour over some fresh cut apples and grapes and top off with my granola recipe for A SUPER DELICIOUS PARFAIT!!!
