4to 6 potatoes
1/2bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1package of real bacon bits

Wash and slice potatoes. Boil slices for 5 minutes

Drain and place slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Add salt and pepper as needed

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
