Boil potatoes with salt.boil for 10mins and bring down.

Break eggs in a plate.whisk and add salt.

Slice onion,tomatoes and pepper.

Place a dry pan on fire,heat up add groundnut onces is hot add onion,pepper,curry and tomatoes.

Fry for 3mins and pour in the egg.

Stir and fry and put off the heat onces is done.
