  • 4 cupshredded chicken
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 2 tbspChicken bouillon
  • 3 eachchopped jalapeño pepper
  • 4 mediumdiced roma tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray pan with non-stick spray. I used olive oil spray.Sauté the onion, jalapeño, and tomatoes in a pan.

  2. 2

    Once the veggies are a little soft add the cooked shredded chicken.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken bouillon. Cover and simmer for a few min.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve once chicken is heated through.
