Bacon-wrapped Asparagus Bacon-wrapped Asparagus
I tried making these without cooking the asparagus first, but it took longer to cook, and the bacon tended to burn. I tried boiling the asparagus first, but then I found that microwaving was faster, and so I came up with this recipe.Pre-cooking the asparagus and carrots in the microwave reduces the amount of frying time, so the bacon doesn't burn as easily and looks appetizing. For 4 servings. Recipe by Kawakamisan cookpad.japan
