Start recipe with soaking poha and rava together in same amount of buttermilk. Soak it for 15 mins later just puree it in mixer. While pureeing it, add green chilli in it.

Once pureed see cosistency. If its thick add more water or if its thin add more poha and repeat it.

Now season it with salt.

Now use nonstick pan to make this. As these are more fragile than regular batter. Grease it with butter or oil. And pour batter on it. Gently spread it and add toppings like tomato onion chilli and coriander on it and put lid on.

Cook it till you its leaving from its sides and getting golden. Make smaller uttappam so you can flip it and cook it from other side too. Once its done from both side, serve it with chutney.

It cooks really fast. only take care while using oil as poha and rava have tendency to obsorb oil and it can make it oilly.
