Steps

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.let them crackle.

Add asafoetida powder

Add onions and garlic. Saute till golden brown.

Add green chillies.

Add the turmeric powder.

Add chopped okra sprinkle salt and coriander powder and cook for a few mins. Check in between to avoid burning of veggies. Cook till tender.

Add when done add rhetoric Achari masala. Simmer for a minute.

Serve with parathas.
