Ingredients

5 mins
8 servings
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupfavorite peanut butter (I used creamy)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.

  2. 2

    Spoon mixture on foiled cover cookie sheet.

  3. 3

    Press gently with fork.

  4. 4

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 10-15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Let cool before removing from cookie sheet, they harden after cooling some.

I usually put a small amount of vanilla in it to have a rich taste! Its really good
