Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 largehead of cauliflower
  • 1/4 cupmargarine
  • 1 tbspseasoned salt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper, fresh

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Slice the cauliflower top to bottom about 1 inch thick. Add pepper, seasoned salt, and margarine. Bake for 20- 25 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes.
